Anyone been to Prague for a long weekend?

Hi I am planning a trip to Prague for a long weekend or vacation something. Need to know what following: 1.I need to know how long it will take the best offer Heathrow 2.Whats out there that includes all Travel Insurance, hotels, etc.. 3.Wheres nightlife?
